Balustrading is used mainly as a form off enhancing the look of your property around Patios Terraces and Pools. When balustrading is used on a building purely as a decorative feature the height is only aesthetic. However when used at heights or there is a risk of falling then building, REG’s necessitate a height of 1100mm from the finished floor surface, This can be
achieved by many methods or combinations we can assist in the design should you require.

Building Reg & Specification

Our balustrading/balustrade has a full through stainless 9mm dowel and is resin bonded to give greater stability. Where a restraint from falling height is required to conform with building regulations, our handrail has a 6 x 60mm stainless dowel moused on the outer mating face and our fitting has been structural tested in excess of .75 kn per meter.
